Our certifications

Through the AHRI Product Performance Certification Program, which is overseen by AHRI, it is guaranteed that heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and water heating products meet the standards set by their respective manufacturers. These products are thoroughly tested by a third-party laboratory that has been contracted by AHRI, ensuring that they comply with all necessary regulations.

CSA Group is a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) accredited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the United States. They are authorized to test manufactured products according to US standards written or administered by organizations such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), and NSF International (NSF).

CE certification is mandatory for many products. It confirms that a product has been assessed before it is placed on the market and that it meets European requirements in terms of safety, health and environmental protection.

My 5 - 6 year old Nirvana Heat Pump developed a major leak, draining my pool. I called Nirvana and spoke to Ann in customer servise. It was the best customer service call I ever made. Not only did Ann know my problem, she walked me through the repair, sent me the parts to do it myself and offered to contact a dealer to do a manufactures repair request. Nirvanas customer service was excellent! We had a problem with the first heating pump we brought, the Nirvana manager, was simply AMAZING! She responded to our concerns immediately, always answered her e-mails, was courteous, friendly, understanding and went above her call of duty for us. She replaced our heater within a few days and was always super attentive! I would recommend Nirvana, highly. The customer service is excellent and the manager goes above and beyond her call of duty!

Hands down best purchase I’ve made on my pool. We have extended our season from mid April to October. We are in New Hampshire and swim in 60 degree weather now. We have a 35,000 gallon pool and we keep it between 85 and 90 degrees. Our electric bill obviously goes up, but not as much as you’d think. I would say with the heater going 24 hours a day in the beginning and end of season we spent an extra $700 last year on electric. A majority of that was in April and September. I would say it cost the same to run the pump as the heater. I have a friend with another name brand heater and we compare temps and electric bills. The Nirvana wins!

ONLY MY SECOND REVIEW EVER...BUT THOUGHT MEANINGFUL
Living in the Northeast, it was a difficult and very researched decision to replace an old oil pool heater with a heat pump since its not the warmest environment. I wanted to make sure it would be both energy efficient and effective. To my happiness, this Nirvana heat pump is performing perfectly. Its been a freezing May and the pool is already up to 89 degrees in 4 days! The pool is both large and deep so I am very pleasantly surprised at how rapidly this happened....I called the customer care person up in Canada a few times, he was very helpful and answered the phone each time. Very happy with this Nirvana Heat pump.
BTW...I purchased the largest one available-I believe its the Model 140.
