Nirvana Heat Pump inc. is a manufacturing company that specializes in the conception, development and manufacturing of products that use thermodynamic technology including pool heat pumps. We work to develop long-lasting solutions with a single goal in mind: Meet the growing need for energy recovery systems in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Nirvana Heat Pump Inc. is located at 4162 Burrill St., in Shawinigan (Quebec) CANADA. A magnificent region in the heart of Quebec known as Energy Valley. Our facility includes 45,000 sq. ft. of production space and over 10,000 sq. ft. of office space. We are minutes away from Highway 55 with easy access to Autoroute 40.
Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facility has the capacity and capability to produce our complete line of pool heat pump models. Our production layout maximizes pace and flow and allows for maximal output. The assembly line and inventory stocking areas are adjacent while a pre-production department is found near each production area. In 2008, we introduced fibreglass injection molding. Our Fibreglass assembly line is equipped with automated machinery resulting in increased quality and reduced production costs.
Nirvana Heat Pump inc. launched a new assembly line in 2008 for the production of our commercial product lines. Our new laboratory is specifically equipped to test under extreme conditions. And our indoor swimming pool means accurate environmental test results.

Achievements
Today, the thinning ozone layer is a serious factor in everyone’s lives. Consequences of a thinning ozone layer led to a growing demand by governments, business leaders, developers, and researchers to find practical and economical solutions for these ecological concerns. Conventional pool heaters, whether they use electricity, natural gas, propane, or heating oil, turn electricity / fuel into thermal energy (BTUs). The transformation process is expensive, emits greenhouse gases, and contributes to global warming. The heat pump is one of the few technologies to address these issues. It does not generate energy but rather transfers existing energy from one place to another, using the laws of thermodynamics. Better known as the principle of RENEWABLE ENERGY.
